How much commission do you charge?

Commission rates are always an open discussion.  We can tailor commission rates to your needs and requirements.

How do I know what to list my house for?

The pricing strategy for your home is dependent on market factors, the overall condition and details of your home and the current market trends.  This will be clearly explained and discussed during our meetings.

What is the selling/buying process like?
