Here is a 7 Day Statistics comparison for Durham, Waterloo and Hamilton. This shows that over 40% of properties are selling at or below asking price. I like to use this type of statistic to show trends over time which is in my opinion more telling as it shows where we have been and where we are going.

I have included pricing graphs for Waterloo, Durham and Hamilton. This shows a fairly flat pricing trajectory in the past few months. What does the future hold? Time will tell however we have seen one interest rate drop with hopeful expectation of more drops in the coming months.
